お正月🎍に向けて💖
花びら餅を作ってみました。🎍

ほんのりと、桃色が透ける花びら餅は、お正月に食べるお祝い和菓子。平安時代に宮中で行われていた、歯固めの儀式が由来です。

歯固めの儀式では、お餅の上に、肉や野菜、押し鮎などを乗せて食べて、長寿祈願をしていたそうです。お肉や押し鮎に見立てて使われるのが、ゴボウの蜜煮。
みそ餡は、お雑煮やお野菜を表します。花びら餅は、柔らかいぎゅうひ餅と、歯ごたえのあるごぼう。そして白みその香り豊かなみそ餡。三位一体のおいしいお餅です。
